KICH is a collaborative initiative involving Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and Aura Biocare, with support from the National Kenaf and Tobacco Board (LKTN). It aims to connect kenaf cultivation and raw materials with research, processing, product development and commercial markets.
The initiative brings university expertise and industry capabilities together to advance kenaf-based functional foods, nutraceuticals and industrial technologies.
